Throughout my career, I've worked in warehouse, logistics, distribution and customer service operations, progressing from hands-on operational roles to senior leadership positions. This journey has given me experience from both sides of the business: the day-to-day realities faced by employees and the commercial pressures experienced by business owners, directors and senior management teams.
